We are looking for an organized and professional person to help us with customer service, general administrative tasks, and light bookkeeping. We will provide training.

Work Schedule
8:00 AM – 5:00 or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET, Monday – Friday
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service (email, social media and telephone) for ChopperExchange, CycleCrunch, and Biker Marketing. You do not need to know anything about motorcycles, as long as you are willing to learn.
- Confirm motorcycle listings on ChopperExchange and CycleCrunch
- Prepare and mail dealer welcome packets
- Write and mail Thank You cards
- Correspond with member dealers
- Work with internal team members
- Review and send out buyer messages on ChopperExchange and CycleCrunch
- Record sales transactions in QuickBooks Online (daily)
- Create and mail invoices (monthly)
- Reconcile QuickBooks Online accounts (monthly)
- Assist with other office tasks
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional verbal, written and nonverbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new ideas, skills and technologies
- Commitment to quality and punctuality
- Some understanding of basic bookkeeping/accounting
- Interest in working in a small company office environment
Education
High school diploma or more
Experience
1-2 years of customer service, administrative or other business-related work
